But let’s be honest — when something is exclusive, someone is being excluded.
That’s not who I am, and it’s not what District Homes stands for.
I believe our clients deserve exposure, not exclusion. When you list your home with District Homes, it doesn’t sit behind a company-only wall. We share it widely, collaborate with every agent and brokerage, and make sure it’s seen by as many qualified buyers as possible.
Because fewer buyers isn’t an advantage — it’s a disservice.
As the industry consolidates, I’m reminded why a company like District Homes matters. We’re not a national chain; we’re a boutique brokerage of about 25 top agents who live and work right here in the East Bay.
We send our kids to local schools, serve on community boards, and shop at neighborhood businesses. Our clients are our neighbors — and our values are rooted in transparency, inclusivity, and community.
Yes, we have cutting-edge technology and world-class marketing, powered by one of the best real estate platforms in the country. But tools are only as good as the people who use them.
We don’t use technology to limit access — we use it to expand it.
We may be tech-forward, but we’re grounded in old-school values.

So no, District Homes isn’t exclusive.
