It’s not because of the excess pizza or the extra-long, extra-gray hair (well, maybe a little). It’s because we wanted to evolve to better serve you. 

 

My heart and my passion are in guiding our clients through what, for many, is the biggest decision of their lives. It is this deep personal commitment to you that has allowed District Homes to succeed, even through all the challenges of the past year.

 

Beyond what has been prescribed by the pandemic — boy, do we miss open houses! — the positive changes we’ve made during the past year have taken several forms, all of which help us to help you through life transitions in every way possible.

 

 

As much as we loved our little office on the Alameda, it was time for an upgrade. We are now located at the top of Solano Avenue: 1577 Solano, to be exact. March 2020 turned out to be a, well, weird time to open a new office. While we haven’t been able to work there yet, it’s a wonderful space, which we look forward to occupying! We can’t wait to welcome you there as soon as we can.

 

 

We upgraded our virtual home, too! Our new website, district-homes, is bright, airy and so easy to navigate. You’ll find essential tools for buying and selling here in the East Bay, information about our individual communities, some things you may not have known about us and, of course, property listings. Our website is part of a larger effort to have our brand more closely reflect our character. Our fresh, clean, friendly visuals give you a sense of who we are as a company, and our new tagline — All in. Always. — captures our deep and long commitment to every single one of our clients, as well as to our community. I am so happy that what we are putting forth on the outside now truly matches what we feel on the inside — and what we do every single day.

 

 

I started District Homes to offer clients a different, better way to engage with real estate in the East Bay. We will be three years old in July 2021 — I have to pinch myself to make sure it hasn’t all been a dream. When conditions allow, we will throw such a party!

 

You’ll see some new faces at that party!As part of our evolution during the past year, District Homes has grown. We have an arduous process for hand-selecting exactly the right agents to serve our clients. Our agents are not just experts in real estate and the local community; they are people of character, with good hearts and an unwavering commitment to doing what is right. I feel so fortunate to have added seven new agents to our team, who work to provide our clients with an unparalleled level of care and service. Our team is now 15 strong, and I couldn’t be prouder.
