"I have worked with Anna during the sale my home in North Berkeley and the purchase of a new (multi-unit) home in South Berkeley. Not only is Anna highly professional, but she is able to connect on an emotional level, developing an empathetic understanding for the needs of our family in the process of finding a home. Anna is honest, to the point, clever and creative. These qualities were essential in helping us navigate the extreme dynamics of one of the most competitive housing markets in history. Anna worked with us in our own unique process, exercising patience when needed and deliberately pushing us to stretch a little further when needed. In the end, we found our home on only the second offer we tried, which is remarkable in this market. Anna gets it. She knows what’s up. She is a delight to work with. I recommend Anna without hesitation for buying or selling your home."

She is a clear communicator and super well-organized, and made the whole process as easy and fun as possible. She knew just what to do to get our house ready for market, and the painting, staging, landscaping, and photos were first rate! She got us multiple offers over asking, and we felt very good about handing our lovely old house over to the next owners. Absolutely nothing but good things to say about Anna Bellomo and District Homes!"

"I did an exhaustive search for agent when we were selling our home. I built a shot list based on reviews, prior sales and speaking with other agents. When I interviewed agents on the short list, they asked me who else I was talking to. When I said Anna's name, several of the other agents said "If you can get Anna, she is the ..."

"I did an exhaustive search for agent when we were selling our home. I built a shot list based on reviews, prior sales and speaking with other agents. When I interviewed agents on the short list, they asked me who else I was talking to. When I said Anna's name, several of the other agents said "If you can get Anna, she is the best you can get" - That is how good Anna's reputation is. And that advice served us well. Anna was a true partner who understood both the macro-level factors, and the minute details. She is honest, trustworthy, and an expert at her trade."

"We cannot say enough about the exceptional service we received from Anna Bellomo. Anna came into a delicate situation which she handled masterfully - calmly and professionally. Throughout the challenging process, she was always available for questions and we felt truly listened to. While not imposing, Anna helped us make the best decisions with reassuring expert guidance. Knowing that we had a firm advocate made the negotiation process less stressful. Anna made it her mission to help us complete the sale of our property as soon as possible, and amazingly we were able to sell at full asking price and close escrow in five days. Anna Bellomo embodies the qualities of an excellent realtor. She has the expertise and level head that comes with many years of experience and the emotional sensitivity necessary to handle charged situations that involve transitions of home and money."

"We recently sold our home in Berkeley through Anna Bellomo of District Homes, and I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Anna took total charge of everything, and all we had to do was practice saying "Yes Ma'am. Yes Ma'am". She made decisions that I doubted at first, but, boy, does she know what she's doing...."

"We recently sold our home in Berkeley through Anna Bellomo of District Homes, and I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Anna took total charge of everything, and all we had to do was practice saying "Yes Ma'am. Yes Ma'am". She made decisions that I doubted at first, but, boy, does she know what she's doing. She lined up stagers for us to consider and fine-tuned their work. She hired the painter and had him paint a lot more than we thought was necessary. She lined up the landscaping as well. And the floor refinishing. All of this took place after we had left town; we didn't do anything. EXCEPT at the end we did have to sign the paperwork to accept the offer nearly 50% OVER ASKING! One tiny point my wife and I would like to add: As totally competent as Anna is she is also the nicest person we've ever done business with of any kind. Any buyer or seller would be lucky to secure Anna Bellomo's services."

"Five stars is not enough to express how amazing, professional and thorough Anna was in handling the recent sale last week [March 2021) of our Berkeley home which we owned as a rental for CAL professors and students for the past 12+ years. In preparation for our sale, I scheduled painters, stagers and handymen who needed access to our home along with some detailed instructions which Anna handled so expertly that my husband and I never had to travel during the pandemic up to Berkeley from Los Angeles where we actually live. I admit it took some convincing for my husband and I to agree to list our property for so much lower than we knew we would accept as a final sales price, but Anna assured us she knows how the market works in Berkeley and she asked us to trust her. We followed her pricing strategy and guidance based on her many years of realtor experience. WOW is all I can say in terms of the final purchase price with multiple offers that met and exceeded our expectations within only 10 days of listing our property. Anna is without question, one of most experienced and impressive realtors we have worked with over the years. She has a keen eye to absolutely every detail - so keen in fact, that we never actually met Anna in person! Everything was done via Zoom and/or countless emails and phone calls. Anna is absolutely a gem and deserves 10 stars if that were possible."

"Quite frankly Anna and her team did everything, and I just had to step out of the way. The end result was a house that sold within a week with 10 offers over asking and a final sale nearly 2X the original asking price. She managed updates to the house and yard, took care of staging, handled inspections and was even prepared to find a proper home for my collection of National Geographics had I not passed them on to a neighbor. Efficient, charming, to the point, I knew precisely where I stood in the process and she hit the dates she set out when we originally discussed putting the house on the market. Not sure I will have the opportunity to buy or sell in Berkeley again, but I know where to go should either happen in the future. Top-notch Realtor® and a very fine person to boot."

I connected with Anna and she handled absolutely everything related to the sale, including painting, repairs, landscaping, and even communications with neighbors.
