Meet Nicole

Nicole Nott knows from personal experience how fulfilling home ownership can be, and her goal as a real estate agent is to share that same feeling with her clients.

Her interest in the industry comes from buying and renting out properties in the East Bay market, experiences that gave her deep insight into all aspects of the real estate process, and stoked her interest in architecture, design, and decorating. Nicole now brings her considerable skills to Berkeley’s District Homes.

Real estate is a family affair for Nicole, as she follows in the career footsteps of parents who were both REALTORS® in the Los Angeles area. From them, she learned not only the ins and outs and the myriad details that go into buying and selling homes, but a passion for the profession. Investing in real estate changed Nicole’s life in many positive ways, and as an agent she finds helping first-time buyers locate their dream homes to be exciting and meaningful. Raised in Napa, CA, Nicole now calls the East Bay city of Oakland home, and she is inspired by the area’s beauty, culture, diversity, and excitement. In her downtime from real estate, Nicole loves outdoor activities like hiking, backpacking, and kayaking, and exploring her neighborhood with her dog, Toby.
